Alumapalooza 11 re-scheduled, again :-(
With the endless COVID-19 outbreaks happening nationwide and discussions with both Airstream and Airstream Life, we have all agreed that it would be best to postpone Alumapalooza 11 until 2021. Our reason for this decision is to minimize the impact it could have on Airstream as well as the possible exposure to the entire community of Jackson Center, OH. This was not our first choice, but we feel it is the safest choice in this time of uncertainty.
What does that mean for you? If you already registered for Alumapalooza, and if the new dates September 7-12, 2021 work for you, you do not need to do anything. We will be moving your registration over to the new dates and sending out an updated receipt. If these dates do not work for you, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a refund. The existing cancellation fee schedule will be waived for 90 days, ending 10/11/2020. If you registered within the last 60 days, we can credit your card on file. If not, we will process a paper check. Checks will take a few weeks to process.
It saddens me that we are rescheduling again. It will still be called Alumapalooza 11.
There is a silver lining in all of this. By the time we all gather for Alumapalooza in 2021 there will be plant tours available, the Heritage Center should be open by then, there will be some additional areas to have attendees park, and of course sticking with the fall dates can only make the weather better!
